These are really useful if you are breastfeeding, just swap it to the appropriate wrist to help you to remember which side you need to feed from next!

Once we've found you're correct size, if you would like to purchase a bra you can do so at the subsidised price of £15 (normal NCT price £24.50+ £3.75 P&P)

Many of the groups also offer other items free of charge, these items include fridge magnets with weaning and milk storage information and breastfeeding information sheets.
